Update

This script isn’t necessary any more since NetNewsWire has the functionality built-in now. However, I’ll leave it up in case anybody’s interested.

anentry

A simple AppleScript to send an email via Mail based on the currently selected headline in NetNewsWire.

Download and unzip the file. Put anentry.scpt in your

~/Library/Application Support/NetNewsWire/Scripts

directory. Or go to the scripts menu inside NetNewsWire and select “Open Scripts Folder”.

If you get an error message saying “ourheadline” is not defined, make sure you have a headline selected, not a subscription.
