Making Chicken Stock

Making chicken stock is a fairly straightforward process, though time consuming. The results are pretty much worth it, like many things done by hand.

However, if you don’t have several hours of hanging out available, this Really Sneaky Chicken Stock from the Fat Cat Chef food weblog is a much quicker job, with just an hour of cooking time and a few minutes prep. I did it up last night, and the results were great. Plus now we have tasty chicken for sandwiches. Very nice.

Speaking of sandwiches, after having some good chicken on mine, I’m just about done with processed lunch meat.
