old journal

Older journal entries

Spring 2006, I moved my website to the Drupal content management system. Over the summer, any new entries were posted in that, while older material was slowly added behind the scenes.

During that process (which is now complete), I tagged older date-based journal entries with their year in order to better differentiate the content. Those can be browsed by year:

Those entries don’t represent everything that was posted during those years, not by a long shot — everything else, however, has been incorporated into the site as normal articles sans year tag. Content from 2006 and later has no year tag.

Archives

All entries are also browsable via temporal archives:

1000 nodes

Hey, this is the 1000th node on my Drupal installation. :)

All of the previous date-based journal entries from 2002-2005, as well as the WordPress stuff from 2006, are now incorporated into the site—a lot of work that I’m really happy to be done with. Let’s hope I can settle on one platform long enough to reach 2000 nodes and beyond. ;D

Thanks for visiting!

2006

During the process of transitioning from the 2005 version of the site to the current one, I maintained a WordPress installation in the /2006 directory. The posts in that sub-site have been subsumed into the greater site now, so if you’re looking for something specifically, you can most likely do a keyword search to find it.
