Journalists Michael Pollan and Eric Schlosser, Slow Food founder Carlo Petrini, and renowned writer and historian Orville Schell expound on the subject of Fast Food World: Perils and Promises of the Global Food Trade. Anyone interested in the topic of world food consumption trends will be glued to their computer screen.
