Tuna

You know what I like most about the tuna in olive oil I bought recently, apart from the taste (which is great)? The ingredients list:

Solid light tuna, olive oil, salt.

Take whole grain bread, lightly toasted, and add a couple of ounces of the tuna to one slice. Spread dijon mustard on other slice. Assemble. Enjoy. Repeat as necessary.
