Neo-luddism
Neo-luddism is perceived as a modern movement of categorical opposition to technology, both in particular and in general. Since there is no self-described group of “neo-luddites,” it is not a political movement per se. On the other hand, when controversial issues arise, advocates of one policy or another tend to group and agglomerate their efforts to effect policy. As a result, an amalgamation of liberal, conservative and other elements appears as a cohesive, anti-technology, neo-luddite group.

Voluntary simplicity
Redirects to Simple living, which isn’t the same thing. :P But the article is fine.
…a lifestyle [that] individuals may pursue for a variety of motivations, such as spirituality, health, or ecology. Others may choose simple living for reasons of social justice or a rejection of consumerism. Some may emphasize an explicit rejection of “westernized values”, while others choose to live more simply for reasons of personal taste, a sense of fairness or for personal economy.
Appropriate technology
Appropriate technology is technology that is most appropriate to the environment and culture it is intended to support. Suitable for use in developing nations or underdeveloped rural areas of industrialized nations, which may lack the money and specialised expertise to operate and maintain high technology. In practice, it is often something that might be described as using the simplest and most benign level of technology that can effectively achieve the intended purpose in a particular location.
