TVO: The Vim Outliner

TVO: The Vim Outliner is an alternate to VimOutliner ( Official Site, 1414 article ), which seems pretty spiffy. I’ve gotten it running with a little bit of fuss, mostly due to some poor docs. The programmer, Ned Konz, says, “It still needs better documentation; if you can, please write some and send it to me!” Which I might do if I wind up using it regularly.
By the way, I happened across TVO thanks to an article on Linux Gazette: “Outliners and Mind mapping” by Jimmy O’Regan.
